Inn Victoria, Southern Vermont's Romantic Vermont Bed and Breakfast has earned an internationally coveted award for "Best Afternoon Tea" from Lanier B&B.

This week Lanier B&B released a blog awarding the first "25 Top Inns"; Inn Victoria leads the list with "Best Afternoon Tea".  Lanier B&B annually bestows honors on 25 Top Inns out of a field of 8500+ international Bed and Breakfasts

Just two months ago, Inn Victoria of Chester, was rated First Place out of eight Most Romantic Inns in Vermont, by Lanier B&B.com.  Within the last month, Inn Victoria was again recognized as one of the best run B&B’s in the country by outperforming over 8500 other B&B’s worldwide in competition for two awards from Lanier B&B: BEST for Winter Sports and Best for Afternoon Tea.

When asked why they think they were recognized for these awards, owners Penny and Dan Cote said;  “Inn Victoria surely is a distinctive property, but most important is the region in which we live.  The Okemo Valley Region of Southern Vermont is a tremendously powerful asset that we dearly appreciate. Winter Wedding In Southern Vermont

“The Perfect Small Wedding”

After going to the Inn Victoria for a few years in a row to ski, it quickly became one of our favorite vacation spots. The Inn is so warm and inviting. Everything from the friendly hosts to the delicious food is perfect! We have always stayed in the Princess Victoria room and enjoyed every minute of it. It was always neat and clean, spacious and absolutely luxurious. The bathtub and fireplace was always something to look forward to after a day of skiing.
Naturally, we chose the Inn as the location for our wedding reception. Our family and friends stayed at the Inn for a long weekend while we were all completely spoiled by Penny, Dan and Jessica. Not only are they amazing hosts but blew us away with their wedding planning skills. Everything was so special, done exactly the way we like and Penny's cooking was outstanding! Being able to relax at my own wedding was very important to me and was a day I will never forget!
I would highly recommend the Inn Victoria as a place to go to ski, relax or to hold you next small event. Thank you Penny and Dan, we look forward to seeing you soon! - Rob and Taylor
