Rowells Inn & Tavern is an old stagecoach stop and underground railroad safe house located just outside of Chester Vermont in the small village of Andover. The 1820 building remains very much the same as it was originally built. The owners, Michael Brengolini & Susan McNulty are adamant about keeping as much original as possible. The walk through this beautiful old Greek Revival will take you back beyond your parents birth date.
The food?....oh yes! Fantastic! Michael is a great cook, and the old setting just makes the time at the Inn a truly memorable experience. We hope to return with friends soon. Look for this Restaurant in one of our featured packages, sometime in the next few weeks.
