Penny had a Grafton Cheddar macaroni and cheese dish with cracker crumbs, a slice of Vermont country ham and coleslaw. Dan enjoyed Mildred's famous clam chowder, salad and hot cider.
The antique soda fountain and cash register are still in working condition. The floors are of original hand hewn wood. The wall paneling is of solid wood. The paintings on the walls are local artists' creations. This is truly a remarkable dining experience of Vermont fare. Penny always says to Inn Victoria guests; "you've not truly experienced Vermont unless you've experienced the Vermont Country Store's original location in Weston VT."
